About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Lead and supervise care associates to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $29.00-$39.00 per hour, plus shift differential.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
