Security Field Supervisor

Allied Universal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Field Security Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

- Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and field operations managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to security officers within approved empowerment range.
- Assure that security officers receive appropriate training and development in both technical and professional skills.
- Administer job safety analyses (JSAs) and safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers.
- Assist account managers and operations managers to manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account.
- Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
The Armed Field Security Supervisor will work in various environments, including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat. The position requires occasional lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders, and standing or walking on various surfaces for long periods of time.
