Job Summary

Horizon Health is seeking a highly skilled Registration Representative II CNA to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Welcoming guests and patients, and directing traffic flow to maintain a positive and efficient environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clinicians, patients, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with rooming patients, assessing vital signs, and performing point-of-care testing as directed by medical providers.
  • Utilize the practice computer system for scheduling patient appointments and maintaining accurate patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, promoting a high standard of hospitality and positive public relations with all visitors and patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate
  • Experience in customer service environment is preferred
  • Possesses basic computer skills, interest in healthcare.
  • Maintains current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work variable hours.
  • Possesses ability to perform complex and multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing work environment, subject to interruptions and stress in an organized and timely fashion.
  • Certified Nurse Assistant is required
  • Maintain current state certification as a certified nursing assistant
