Job Title: CT Technologist

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled and licensed CT Technologist to join our team in the specialty area of Computed Tomography.

This is a contract, 5x8 evenings position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history and scan results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the best possible care for patients.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
  • Current CT Technologist license/certification within the state of practice.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or ability to obtain ARRT certification within one year of hire or transfer date.
  • BLS certification.
