Job Summary:
This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout our facilities. The Sanitation Utility Worker will assist in various housekeeping duties and uphold daily sanitation protocols, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and actively participate in safety initiatives.
  • Work independently while accurately following instructions without direct supervision.
  • Efficiently manage time and resources to complete tasks effectively.
  • Perform outdoor maintenance tasks, including yard work and rooftop duties.
  • Conduct pest and weed control measures as necessary.
  • Repair sanitation tools and equipment, including hoses, squeegees, and shovels.
  • Handle and utilize hazardous chemicals safely and responsibly.
  • Employ a variety of hand and power tools competently.
  • Operate forklifts and various types of tractors as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sanitation activities.
  • Complete training as a Confined Space Entrant and Attendant.
  • Be available for work during scheduled downtimes and weekends.
  • Possess authorization for company vehicle use.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders safely.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and proficiency in using cleaning equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.
