Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating precise and comprehensive electrical estimates for commercial projects.
  • Reviewing and interpreting project documentation to assess scope and materials.
  • Collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
  • Building and maintaining supplier and subcontractor relationships for competitive pricing.
  • Supporting project managers during construction phases, including site visits.
  • Participating in project meetings to discuss electrical design and construction matters.
  • Monitoring project expenditures and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrical estimator in the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and applicable codes.
  • Experience with commercial projects, particularly fit-outs.
  • Ability to read and analyze project plans and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
