Key Responsibilities:- Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for youth in need.
- Provide direct oversight and assistance to ensure the safety and personal growth of each individual.
- Collaborate with youth and a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care strategies.
- Guide youth in acquiring essential life skills, coping strategies, and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Facilitate group activities that encourage social interaction, recreation, and personal development.
- Accurately monitor and document the behaviors and progress of youth.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trusting relationships with youth.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Full-Time Shifts:
- First Shift – 6 AM to 2:30 PM ($17.59)
- Second Shift – 1:30 PM – 10 PM ($19.41)
- Third Shift – 10 PM – 6 AM ($15.65)
- PRN Shifts:
- First Shift – 6 AM to 2:30 PM ($15.00)
- Second Shift – 1:30 PM – 10 PM ($15.00)
- Third Shift – 10 PM – 6 AM ($15.00)
- Additional weekend shift premium of $3.00 on top of base pay.
