Job Details

Are you a match? We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the Geospatial sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
  • Licensed/Certified: Land-Surveyor-In-Training (LSIT) and Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, Trimble Business Center (TBC), and other standard mapping/survey software
Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Collaborate with a licensed surveyor on various survey projects, including Boundary Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Right of Way Surveys, Laser Scanning, Legal Descriptions, Control Networks, Aerial Mapping, Construction Staking, As-built Surveys, GIS services, and more.
  • Assess project requirements and propose effective solutions to meet client needs and contractual obligations.
  • Enhance project quality through innovative suggestions to improve team efficiency.
  • Lead safety protocols in both field and office environments.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, resources, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Monitor program execution, identify issues, and implement corrective actions while maintaining team motivation.
  • Assist in developing and overseeing survey project plans and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison for clients and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in user group and project kick-off meetings.
