Patient Care:
  • Average patient volume varies
  • Daily admissions fluctuate

Deliveries:
  • Average of 18-20 deliveries monthly

Triage Patients:
  • Approximately 45 triage patients monthly

Support Personnel:
  • Anesthesia team, Certified Nurse Midwife, and experienced labor & delivery nursing staff

Facility Details:
  • Equipped with triage room, labor rooms, c-section suite, and postpartum rooms

Nursery Level:
I

Electronic Medical Records:
EMR system utilized is Epic

Additional Information:
  • Travel, accommodation, and malpractice insurance are provided
Qualifications Required:

  • Active Kentucky License/IMLC
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN (if Board Eligible, must be within 0-5 years post-residency)
  • DEA certification
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
  • Completion of residency/fellowship
  • Training program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or equivalent in OB at a minimum.

Experience:
Must have performed at least 100 deliveries and 50 major gynecological surgical procedures in the past 24 months.
