You will be part of a skilled, dedicated team that values effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of food and supplies within budgetary constraints, ensuring sufficient stock for each meal.
- Provide expert guidance and administrative oversight for diet planning, menu development, preparation, and service of both standard and therapeutic diets.
- Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and prepared in a timely and consistent manner, adhering to established menus and dietary orders.
- Conduct interviews with residents and their families, as needed, to gather dietary history.
- Complete the dietary section of the clinical record accurately and promptly.
- Engage in regularly scheduled meetings, including department head discussions and interdisciplinary care plan sessions.
Qualifications
- Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Serve Safe certification required.
- Preferred experience of one (1) to two (2) years in management or supervisory roles.
