Dishroom Attendant

Pabst Theater Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dish area, ensuring all cookware and dishware are properly cleaned and sanitized, and assisting the Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation on busy show days.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the dish area is clean and sanitary at all times
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, dicing, and marinating ingredients
- Help maintain a clean kitchen environment, adhering to proper sanitation guidelines
- Assist with closing the dish station at the end of each shift
We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Related work experience is a plus, but not necessary. You should be able to bend, stand, and stoop for long periods of time, and work long hours in hot conditions. Knowledge and interest in food and beverage, as well as live entertainment, are a plus.
