Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at JobRialto. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Update and manage patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Enter and interpret computerized data, utilizing our electronic health record system.
- Follow established guidelines and policies, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Assist the leadership team in quality improvement projects, contributing to the advancement of our critical care services.
- Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- 1+ years of RN experience preferred, with a strong background in critical care nursing.
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) required.
- Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN (preferred), with the ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.
- Relevant clinical experience and/or specialty certification required for certain practice areas.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to meet job responsibilities, with the capacity to lift, push, and pull patients as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency, with experience in electronic health record systems.
- Fluency in another language a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
