Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing field of home infusion nursing. In this role, you will provide patients with infusion services in the comfort of their own homes, utilizing your clinical skills and personal touch to assist them in recovering from illness or injury.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physicians plan of treatment.
- Administer infusion therapies in patients homes, utilizing leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
- Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Registered Nurse with current license in state of Texas.
- Minimum one year nursing experience with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience.
- Have and maintain current CPR certification.
- Possess a valid and current drivers license and auto insurance.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.
- Home healthcare experience a plus, but not required - CRNI certification a plus, but not required.
