Job Overview

This is a sales environment where you will work as part of a high-energy team to meet goals. We provide paid training and a personal sales mentor who is dedicated to your ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by utilizing your knowledge of CarMax inventory
  • Guide customers through the car-buying process, from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications
  • Complete all relevant records and documentation for smooth transactions

Requirements
