Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the service and installation of various commercial heating and cooling systems, including but not limited to:

  • Hot water and steam heating boilers
  • Forced air and air conditioning units
  • Heat pumps
  • Chilling towers

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems
  • CFC Certification
  • Ability to interpret commercial wiring schematics
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and utilize both power and hand tools
  • Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions and confined spaces
  • Experience using ladders for roof access
