Position Overview
The School of Mathematics and Data Science at West Virginia University is seeking applications for adjunct instructor roles to deliver undergraduate courses.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a master's or doctoral degree in Mathematics or a closely related field, along with demonstrated effectiveness in teaching at the undergraduate level.

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis as positions become available. Compensation is determined on a per-course basis.

While these roles are generally not expected to include benefits, certain positions may qualify for benefits depending on the course load, which may fluctuate based on departmental requirements.


Interested candidates should submit (a) a cover letter detailing their teaching experience, (b) a current curriculum vitae, and (c) contact details for two references who can provide letters of recommendation.
