Job Title:
Supply Chain Technician - Level 1

Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Technician, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely handling of medical supplies and materials to clinical teams. Your duties will include completing cycle counts, maintaining a clean area, and working with the team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scanning and picking inventory orders using Workday handheld with accuracy and in an appropriate amount of time.
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety by rotating back stock, removing empty boxes, trimming box flaps, and keeping the area clean, organized, and free from trip hazards.
  • Providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone, listening to the needs of the customer, finding appropriate solutions for the support of patient care, and being familiar with products.
  • Conducting all activities with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, supporting the organization's corporate integrity efforts by acting ethically and appropriately, reporting known or suspected violations of applicable rules, and cooperating fully with all organizational investigations and proceedings.
