- Job Summary: Collects and analyzes data to identify expected outcomes for observation and medical/surgical patients, develops and prioritizes the plan of care to attain measurable goals, and implements interventions to evaluate results.
- Key Responsibilities: Identify educational needs, implement and evaluate learning, and document patient/family education. Demonstrate critical thought and judgment in the delivery of care related to Critical Care patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required or currently enrolled.
- 1 year current L&D experience required or willing to go through a training program.
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course within 90 days of hire date.
