About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Stylist at Free People. As a Stylist, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of the Free People brand, embodying our values and driving the store experience on the sales floor.
• Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations, share advice, and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized and genuine way.
• Product Knowledge: Utilize technology to stay informed on events and special offers in-store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.

Teamwork and Communication

• Inclusive Environment: Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by being helpful and supportive to colleagues.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Knowledge Sharing: Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.

Visual and Business Operations

• Visual Standards: Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards, focusing on the customer experience.
• Inventory Management: Support the shipment process to gain awareness of products, including new arrivals and re-ships.
• Store Operations: Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, and reduce product loss, upholding all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.

Requirements

• Brand Enthusiasm: Love for the Free People brand.
• Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service.
• Team Player: Experience being a team player.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

Starting hourly rate: USD $14.00. Please note that this may be subject to change based on location and employment status.
