Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team of maintenance technicians in conducting both preventative and corrective maintenance on automated and robotic systems.
  • Design and execute preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
  • Oversee the setup and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges associated with automated and robotic systems.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement of replacement components.
  • Foster a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, operations, and safety, to promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance of automated and robotic systems within a manufacturing or warehouse context.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting PLC systems and handling electrical systems up to 480V.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Skilled in utilizing electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with CMMS is advantageous.
