Work Schedule: Wed-Sat, Thurs-Sun (flexible shifts as required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of maintenance technicians in conducting both preventative and corrective maintenance on automated and robotic systems.
- Design and execute preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Oversee the setup and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges associated with automated and robotic systems.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement of replacement components.
- Foster a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, operations, and safety, to promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance of automated and robotic systems within a manufacturing or warehouse context.
- Proficient in troubleshooting PLC systems and handling electrical systems up to 480V.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Skilled in utilizing electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with CMMS is advantageous.
