The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, work effectively with minimal direction, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of trauma care. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to defuse stressful situations, and handling multiple tasks are essential qualities for this role.


Requirements

  • ">
  • A graduate degree from an accredited registered professional nursing program is preferred.">
  • Possess a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.">
  • Demonstrate three years of RN clinical patient care experience in Emergency Department, ICU, EMS, or Flight setting.">
  • Hold certifications such as TNCC and ACLS/PALS, and have knowledge of Excel.">
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations, standing/walking for extended periods, and having good problem-solving skills.">
