ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
In your role as a full-time Guidance Counselor, you will conduct both individual and group counseling sessions, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges with sensitivity and skill. You will collaborate with educational staff and families to develop effective intervention strategies, provide crisis support when necessary, and maintain thorough and confidential client documentation. Your work will ensure that students receive consistent support within established policies and schedules. Key qualifications include:
- A Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (such as social work, counseling, or psychology)
- Adaptability to school policies and schedules
- Capability to work both remotely and onsite as required
- A valid license or actively pursuing licensure/certification
While experience in an educational environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
