Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform 40-50 minute facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services.
  • Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and achieve service and product goals.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures.
  • Work with the Salon Manager to ensure necessary supplies are on hand.
  • Assist with in-store operational processes and maintain store standards.
  • Accurately follow company time-keeping procedures and attend mandatory training and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Esthetics License
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
  • Developed communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
