About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing processes at Toyota Kentucky. As a key member of our General Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including testing, repairing, and replacing components as needed.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • 2-year associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or 3 years of industrial maintenance/military experience.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Technical skills in PLCs, computers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motion/motor control, welding, and machining.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
