Job SummaryQuad/Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Teacher to join our team at the QUADCARE Child Care Center in Lomira, WI. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to the children of Quad employees and the community.This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be either 5 days per week in 8 hour shifts or 4 days per week in 10 hour shifts. No weekends are required.
To be successful in this role, you must have certifications in Early Childhood I, II, Infant/Toddler, CPR, First Aid, Shaken Baby, and Child Abuse and Neglect from an accredited school. Alternatively, you can have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or a Bachelor's Degree in Early-Middle Childhood Education. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, and you must have excellent communication skills, be dependable, reliable, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
