About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our NavitsPartners team as a Cancer Care Specialist. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, with a shift schedule of 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 times a week.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care, developing individualized care plans and managing patient care in alignment with professional nursing practices.
  • Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs, prioritizing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Prioritize care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia and lymphoma, in an inpatient setting.
  • A valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, along with BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA and Chemo Certification with ONS.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $130,000, reflecting the high demand for skilled nurses in oncology and the need for competitive compensation in New Jersey.
