  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults with complex communication needs.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a per diem position, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
