Airport Skycap

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Skycap to join our team at Bags, a SP+ Company. As a Skycap, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our airline partners and their passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.

• Assist passengers with their luggage, checking-in and issuing boarding passes
• Collect baggage fees and process payments
• Provide general information to passengers about locations, directions, and flight information
• Ensure compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) standards for handling and securing luggage
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a positive and friendly attitude

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to push luggage cages both empty and full
• Standing for up to 8 hours at a time
• Will consistently and regularly be required to lift, carry, reach, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
