Job Title: Personal Banker I

Civista Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker I to join our team. As a Personal Banker I, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized service and solutions to meet our customers' needs.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow our business.
  • Work closely with our retail banking team to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide expert advice to our customers.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of previous teller experience required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
  • Above-average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work involves eye strain due to the constant use of computer screens, reading of reports, and so forth.
  • Work involves being able to concentrate on the matter at hand, under sometimes distracting work conditions.
  • Work involves lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Work involves ability to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally both in person and via telephone.
  • Work involves some travel to attend meetings, training, and so forth.
