Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Point of Sale system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with food preparation, including helping to prepare meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including removing trash and garbage to designated areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory and restock supplies and food products as needed.
  • Set up serving lines, ensuring temperatures are taken and recorded, and within acceptable ranges.
  • Serve hot and cold items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
