Body Fit Plus Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at a correctional facility in San Diego. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological services to mentally ill inmates, conduct initial mental health evaluations, and develop treatment plans to address their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Psychological Services: Conduct face-to-face interviews, group psychotherapy, and crisis intervention to mentally ill inmates.
- Conduct Initial Mental Health Evaluations: Assess inmate's current needs and make treatment recommendations.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create comprehensive treatment plans to address inmate's mental health needs.
- Collaborate with Treatment Team: Work effectively with staff from all classifications to enhance the quality of professional working relationships.
- Document Care Provided: Document all care provided to inmates, including face-to-face contacts and Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IOTTs) meetings.
- Experience: Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution.
- License: Valid California Psychologist license.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association.
- Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance plan.
- Quarterly Bonus: Quarterly bonus for meeting performance goals.
- Paid Sick Time: 40 hours of paid sick time.
- Payroll: Weekly direct deposit.
- Paid Pre-Employment Testing: Paid pre-employment testing.
