The Sales Associate serves as the customer service expert within the retail environment.
They are tasked with surpassing customer expectations by attentively understanding customer needs, identifying suitable products, delivering comprehensive product information, and successfully completing sales transactions.
Starting Salary:
$16.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass sales targets
Uphold brand and operational standards (visual presentation, cleanliness, etc.)
Address customer needs and exceed expectations by implementing the UNIQLO service standard, adhering to the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles, and utilizing the 6 standard phrases.
Possess knowledge of fitting room protocols and assist as necessaryServe as cashier when required, following established cashier procedures
Handle merchandise shipments and ensure full representation of products on the sales floor
Support management in identifying and resolving store-related issues
Provide customers with product and brand insights
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and report any infractions to management
Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to perform calculations for discounts and percentages
Willingness to work a flexible schedule that accommodates business needs, including evenings and weekends
Full-Time, hourly position, the Company provides:
