Job Title: Test Coordinator III

OST is seeking a highly skilled Test Coordinator III to join our team. As a key member of our Test and Evaluation team, you will be responsible for planning and managing test assignments, evaluating results, and ensuring the adequacy of test plans and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage test assignments, progress, and evaluate results
  • Research applicable documents to develop and staff Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs)
  • Coordinate with ATEC to determine and develop appropriate testing for government programs
  • Oversee or conduct Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
  • Ensure military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative
  • Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop test result summaries for leadership briefings
  • Work with Assistant Product Managers, Product Leads, and PMs to understand interfaces and address integration issues
Requirements:
  • 15 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Subject matter expert for Test and Evaluation
  • Ability to lead test efforts on assigned programs with minimal oversight from the Government
  • Equivalent or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level III T&E certification
  • Extensive knowledge and previous experience in Defense Acquisition Systems (non-IT) and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures
  • Secret Clearance
  • US Citizen
