We are seeking a Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Great Falls. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential respiratory care to patients while traveling to different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respiratory Therapy Administration: Administering treatments and assessments to patients with various respiratory conditions.
  • Patient Care Planning: Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Educating patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and providing support throughout the treatment process.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all aspects of respiratory care.

Requirements:

  • A current RRT certification and state license are required for this role.
  • Prior experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel setting, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial.
  • A willingness to travel frequently and maintain a flexible schedule is necessary.
