Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive palliative care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on symptom management, pain control, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to patients and their families.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in palliative care.
This is a 0.75 FTE position, working 3 ten-hour days per week. You will have a flexible schedule, with no weekends or call. We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in Palliative Care, with a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
