Qualifications for Plumbing Inspector - Gas Piping Installation

  • Gas operator qualification for conducting Local Law 152 inspections
  • Full gas work qualification for gas piping installation
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to drive
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of NYC DOB Gas Fuel Codes

A Full Gas Qualification from the NYC Department of Buildings is preferred but not mandatory.
