We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at TeamHealth. As a Hospitalist Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage patients in the hospital setting, including ordering diagnostic tests and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions
  • Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness
  • Conduct thorough physical exams and document patient findings

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
