• Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in your pharmacy.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues.
• Personnel Management: Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff to achieve their full potential.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory effectively to ensure seamless operations.
• Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of your pharmacy by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Loss Prevention: Implement measures to prevent losses and ensure the security of your pharmacy.
• Workflow Management: Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
