We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at Marshall & Sterling Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support for our network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, install, and troubleshoot network hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical assistance to users regarding network-related issues.
- Support senior engineers in network projects, such as upgrades and expansions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and installation procedures.
- Assist in testing hardware functionality and troubleshooting methods.
- Replace printer toner and safely dispose of empty cartridges.
- Provide backup support to the ISD help desk via phone and email.
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Understanding of basic hardware components and their functions.
- Must demonstrate basic PC/Networking skills.
- Capable of lifting and moving equipment, working in various physical environments, and complying with safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions accurately.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be flexible and able to work weekend and evening hours as required.
- Works effectively and relates well with others, including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company, in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Salary Range is $50,000 - $60,000.
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
