Field Sales Account Representative

Known for its commitment to service and award-winning culture, the Company offers approximately 2 million maintenances, repair and operating (MRO) products and services, including technical support and inventory management.
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $54,200.00 to $81,400.00. Our programs provide choice and flexibility to meet team members' individual needs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans with coverage starting on day one of employment and 6 free sessions each year with a licensed therapist to support your emotional wellbeing.
You will determine and present the appropriate "Grainger Value Proposition" to each account and review how Grainger can add value and help with each account's purchasing needs. You will create a territory plan that optimizes call routes, maximizes time in the field and ensure you are delivering a sales plan that meets performance targets.

- Maintain account and customer contact and record follow up details in Grainger's CRM.
- Take a proactive approach to increasing sales with each account while using a wide array of available communication channels in order maximize their purchasing with Grainger through all of Grainger's sales / service channels.
You have: 1 or more years of sales experience, High School Diploma or GED, two or four year degree, valid driver's license, ability to travel and have occasional overnights (dependent on territory).
