We're seeking a skilled Car Electronics Installer to join our team at Best Buy. As an Autotech Agent, you'll play a crucial role in installing new technology into customers' vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and sharing your expertise with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Install standard mobile electronic solutions, including T-harness remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, and in-dash units.
- Verify vehicle make and model, communicating any compatibility concerns prior to installation.
- Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Acquire and maintain required certifications, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Current, valid driver's license.
- Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards.
- Prior experience installing car electronics.
- Prior retail experience.
