Pediatric Developmental Services Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Pediatric Developmental Services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The ideal candidate will be patient, self-motivated, and able to connect with children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensure client safety and positive environment
Requirements
