Physiotherapist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Virginia Beach, VA. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow with an innovative practice and contribute to the development of new programs.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and screens to guide effective clinical treatment and direct personalized plans of care to patients/customers. They will also demonstrate safety, knowledge, proficiency, and good judgment in various physical therapy therapeutic procedures, interventions, and modalities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Physiotherapist will develop and adjust plans of care and treatment for each patient, including writing and assessing goals based on patient progress or lack of progress. They will coordinate resources and staffing with situational awareness to provide excellent clinical care and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality of patient information. They will also be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques, such as Postural Restoration (PRI) framework.

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia
• At least 2 years of experience in a multidisciplinary wellness clinic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
