Lead Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Concierge to join our team at The Club at Briarcliff Manor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and visitors, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure the safety and security of our residents and property.
• Complete incident reports, concern reports, and other necessary documentation to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Maintain visitor sign-in/out books, reservation books for guest rooms, and complete maintenance request work orders to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Perform daily check-in procedures, maintain emergency contact information, and receive and deliver packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested.
• Assist other departments with administrative functions, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
• Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing excellent service to residents, visitors, and colleagues.

• 3 months of related experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work safely and effectively, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
