About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at DISH. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our cutting-edge technology solutions in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing top-notch service and support
  • Install and configure DISH equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance
  • Provide training and education to customers on the use and benefits of our technology solutions
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
