Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand product codes and packaging configurations.
  • Conduct visual inspections of meat products for quality assurance and remove any defective items from the production line.
  • Efficiently pack finished products onto pallets in accordance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the production process.
  • Perform equipment clean-up and cover machinery at the end of your shift.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Duties:
  • Provide training and support to new team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform manual tasks with dexterity.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment:
The work environment is typical of a manufacturing facility, which may require lifting materials and products up to 50 pounds. Safety equipment, including steel-toed boots, ear protection, hair nets, hard hats, and smocks, is mandatory.

Personal Protective Equipment:
