Program Analyst Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our Enterprise Mail Management Support Services team at Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK).

This role will provide support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Mail Management program, working with stakeholders, communications, SharePoint, Talent Management System, Risk Management, and reporting.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Finalize and update the Enterprise Mail Management guidelines for capturing and deploying mail programs across the enterprise.
  • Draft and maintain standard operating procedures for mail management.
  • Establish processes for communication to field operations, updating and creating SharePoint, management of documents.
  • Develop and maintain the platform managing field operations questions specific to logistics processes associated with the management of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Work with government staff to finalize and update the working plan for short, near-term, and long-range performance goals for the mail management program and mailroom operations.
  • Analyze data to provide recommendations to EMM on organizational effectiveness, operational efficiencies, and systems within to recommend cost controls.
  • Maintain and improve the existing database tools and techniques through direct engagement with EMM's existing database tools and dashboard.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. KCK offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
