We are seeking a skilled Fashion Merchandiser to join our team at Target Brands, Inc. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by providing expert knowledge of apparel products and accessories. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming shopping environment that inspires guests to discover new styles and trends.

• Create an inviting atmosphere on the sales floor by staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a deep understanding of key metrics, sales goals, and product availability to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance store displays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
• Provide personalized recommendations to guests, using available tools like myCheckout or the Target App, to help them find the perfect products.

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of success in fashion merchandising, sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of apparel products and accessories, including current trends and styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain focused and composed under pressure, while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
