We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support services while maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Check in patients and prepare them for exams
• Obtain vital signs, medication information, and patient medical history
• Stock clinics with necessary supplies and maintain inventory
• Assist with scheduling appointments, testing, and consultations
• Perform administrative tasks related to patient care, such as data entry and record management
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and Basic Life Support certification. Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred but not required. You must also demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
