Nemours Children's Health is seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Dentist to join our team at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring residents to ensure clinical competency, teaching the fundamentals of pediatric dentistry, and providing high-quality, comprehensive dental services to patients.
Academic appointment is available through Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University based on established academic guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the hospital's pediatric dentistry practice, including outpatient and inpatient care, general anesthesia care, moderate/mild sedation care, and emergency department care.
- Carry an appropriate clinical caseload and help identify and obtain resources and workflows to optimize clinical services.
- Maintain board certification through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
- Provide clinical and didactic instruction to medical and dental residents.
- Support the Nemours missions of research and scholarly activity.
- Board-certified and/or eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
- Eligible to obtain an academic or full dental license in the State of Delaware.
